Return Policy

Returns/Refunds 
There is a 30 day return policy. In the event that you need to return an item, you have 30 days to do so after you have received your merchandise.

In order to get the refund process started, please email us at amoragapeapparel@gmail.com. In the email please include the reason behind the return and the order number. If your return is accepted, we will refund you to your original payment method and contact you via email with detail instructions on where to ship your merchandise along with the shipping label. Please note that it could take several days to process your refund.

*Customers must email us prior to returning items for it to be considered eligible for a refund. 

All items must be in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a refund. This means that your merchandise has not been used, or worn, and is still in its original packaging. 

Non Refundable Items

All items purchased at a sale price do not qualify for returns/refunds. 

Exchanges

The most efficient way to process exchanges is to first return your original item, receive your full refund, then make a separate transaction for the new item. 

Damages

Please inspect your merchandise for any damages as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if your merchandise is damaged, or if you receive any wrong items. Please include photo documentation of the damaged items, then we will take the proper actions to ensure we get you taken care of as soon as possible.
