Travis Downing and Shaite’ Jackson are the esteemed duo behind Amor Ágape. Both are from Houston, TX; however, they didn’t meet until college at Sam Houston State University. They were heavily involved as Travis became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and Shaite’ became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. They both are very passionate about fashion and this bonded them. They realized the power of self expression through fashion and how it helps build community amongst people. The company was named Ágape because it is the deepest, most unconditional form of love and this world is in desperate need of it. Travis and Shaite’ believe that they will make a difference by spreading love from anyone who’s wearing their apparel to anyone who can see their apparel.
